How do I choose the right size?

Every product page lists the measurements given by the maker, in centimeters, inches or both. Measure the shelf, drawer, cabinet or car pocket first and leave a little room for your hand.

Will a car organizer fit my vehicle?

Most of our car pieces are universal and the product page says so. Anything cut for particular vehicles, such as vent adapters, is marked model-specific, so compare it with your own car before ordering.

How do I clean bins and trays?

Plastic bins, trays and canisters wipe clean with a damp cloth or mild soapy water. Fabric boxes are best spot-cleaned and left to air-dry; any specific care note is on the product page.

Are the products new?

Yes. Every item is brand new and ships in its original packaging. We do not offer gift wrapping.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states, with no minimum. We do not offer express or international shipping.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, then standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships.

Can I send something back?

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item within 30 days of delivery; transit damage must be reported within 72 hours with photos. We pay the return shipping on approved returns and refund your original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection, but we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

Is checkout secure, and how do I reach you?

Checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and card details are never stored by us. For anything else, use the contact form or email us; we reply within 1-2 business days.
